Planning Center — share your public events

Public events iCal feed from Planning Center Calendar.

Find your subscribe link

  1. Sign in to Planning Center and open Calendar.
  2. Go to the Events page.
  3. Filter the view so only your public events are showing — the feed includes whatever matches your current filters.
  4. Click the Share icon (top right) and choose iCal Feed.
  5. Select the event details to include, then copy the feed link.
  6. Paste it into the Heavenya Connect form.

Important

Your filters are your privacy control. Any new event that matches the feed's filters is added automatically — a carelessly broad feed can expose staff-only events forever. Filter to public events only before you copy the link.
